Functions App

The home screen of your VIITA app provides a summary of your current day. This way, you have an overview of all values. Would you like to review past days or a specific day? Simply tap on the corresponding field.

Steps

If you tap on the field STEPS, you will go to the weekly overview of all steps you have made. You can see a detailed view of each day and if you have reached your goal. If you were unable to reach your daily step goal, the missing steps of that day will be displayed. In addition, you can see how many steps you have taken in that particular week.

To get to the detailed view of a specific day, tap on DETAILS of the day you would like to check.

The detailed view shows you the total amount of steps you have taken at any time of the day.

Calories

If you tap on KCAL, you will go to the weekly view of your burned calories. It will show you in detail each day you have reached your goal. If you could not reach your daily calorie goal, the missing kilocalories of that day will be displayed. In addition, you can see how many kilocalories you have burned during the entire week.

To get to the detailed view of a specific day, tap on DETAILS of the day you would like to check.

Detailed View Calories

In the detailed view, you will find out how many calories you have burnt at any time of the day. This way, you can see exactly at what time of the day you are most active.

Regeneration

Tap on REG to see a history of your regeneration values. Red areas indicate slight regeneration, while green areas indicate that you are well rested.

Stress

Tap on STRESS to see the history of your stress levels. Red areas indicate that you have been exposed to heavy stress, green areas indicate that you have been slightly stressed.

Sleep

To gain insights into your sleep behavior, tap on SLEEP. If you wear your VIITA at night, every moment of your sleep is recorded and analyzed. This way, you can follow your recovering deep sleep phases and your restless light sleep phases.

Training

If you tap on LAST TRAININGS, you can see your recorded workouts.
