For some sports where a wrist measurement is difficult, we developed the VIITA ECG. While running, for example, the vibrations make an exact measurement difficult. For running in general it helps to wear your strap very tightly so that the sensor never loses contact with your skin. During cycling, the pressure on the wrist is very high so that the blood doesn’t flow as easily. The VIITA ECG was invented for people who want to measure their heart rate right to the BPM.
